On 14 October, we joined colleagues across the country in celebrating Allied Health Professions (AHPs) Day 2026. This year's theme, "Celebrating AHPs Deliver", recognises the valuable contribution AHPs make every day in supporting people to live healthier, more independent lives.
We're proud to recognise the dedication, expertise and compassion of our Allied Health Professional colleagues who play a vital role in improving health outcomes across our communities.
Whether supporting people to achieve healthier lifestyles through specialist nutritional advice or providing urgent care when it is needed most, their work makes a real difference every day. Their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care helps individuals, families and communities stay well and access the support they need.
