To ensure we match your needs, skills and experience with the right volunteer role, we carry out a thorough recruitment process to find out which role will best suit you. This will include obtaining references, occupational health screening and a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service – formerly CRB) depending of the area of placement.
You will attend an induction, specific training plus some local induction in the department in which you will work. Once you are in your role, we hold regular team meetings for updates and to share ideas.
