The Symphony Healthcare Services Charter was established by the Symphony Vanguard Board to ensure that the defining principles of the organisation were in keeping to the work that had preceded it and ensured that the creation of a new largescale organisation would not destabilise other practices locally.
To promote the ethos of the Charter, the Symphony Healthcare Services Board is predominantly made up of primary care representatives, both internal and external, to support a culture of collaborative working across the county and to highlight the organisation as a primary care body.
