Sian McPhee joined Symphony as our new Finance Director last month, bringing nearly two decades of experience working across the NHS. We are delighted to welcome her to the team and look forward to the wealth of knowledge and expertise she brings to the organisation.
After beginning her career at Musgrove Park Hospital, she joined the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
Since then, she has worked in a variety of finance and leadership roles across NHS provider and commissioning organisations throughout the South West, including roles as Associate and Deputy Director of Finance.
Sian’s extensive experience and strong track record in NHS finance and leadership will be invaluable as Symphony continues to develop and grow. We look forward to working with her and supporting the delivery of high-quality services for our communities.
