This is following the temporary closure of the site to allow for urgent repairs back in September.
We are pleased to confirm that all necessary remedial works have now been completed, and normal operations can resume – with the addition of some freshly painted areas courtesy of some of the practice team!
Thank you to the patients of Crewkerne Health Centre for their understanding and patience over the past two months, and our gratitude goes out to Crewkerne Community Hospital for their support throughout this period – their willingness to accommodate the practice services at short notice enabled the surgery to maintain continuity of care for it’s patients.
