
With Dr Berge Balian stepping down as Medical Director from 1st September, Dr Kelsey Boddington will become the Medical Director for Symphony, and she will be supported by Dr Iain Phillips and Dr Patrick Fahy-Browne as Deputy Medical Directors.
Dr Boddington will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Symphony, acting as a key advisor on clinical matters and contributing to the organisation’s strategic direction.
Dr Phillips will move into the Deputy Medical Director for Quality & Clinical Safety. He has worked as a GP specialist advisor to the CQC and will use his experience to help our own practices prepare for their inspections.
Dr Patrick Fahy-Browne will move into the Deputy Medical Director for Workforce, with a focus on education, workforce planning, work performance and digital innovation. He has been a GP with Symphony for six years and Clinical Lead at North Petherton Surgery for nearly five.
