Gender Pay Reporting

The Gender Pay Gap legislation requires all organisations – public and private – with over 250 employees to publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap.

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women, expressed relative to men’s earnings. Symphony’s gender pay gap is largely due to the proportion of male General Practitioners in the upper quartile of our pay distribution.

Symphony Healthcare Serviced Limited has published its Gender Pay Gap report, based on a snapshot date of 31 March 2024 here
