Symphony Healthcare Services recently held its annual Awards & Celebration Evening.
The awards are an opportunity to recognise our staff, their excellent work, our achievements over the last year, and showcase how very proud we are of them all.
This year our awards were focussed on our values of Teamwork, Respect and Kindness, as well as quality via our GET (Grow, Enhance & Transform) and Exemplar award, whilst also recognising individual achievements and developments via our Star and Rising Star awards.
The organisation also recognised Dr Berge Balian after his 30 years in general practice via the Outstanding Service and Dedication Award. Dr Balian, Medical Director, is expected to retire in the summer of 2025, therefore the award is a testament to his working life commitment to general practice and, more recently, the establishment of Symphony Healthcare Services.
