We also receive your contact and other related details if you choose to complete any of our web forms. If you do not wish for any sensitive data or information about your health or your personal contact details to be stored on our webserver or within our trust please do not use these forms.
Why we collect this information
We collect information about you so we can personalise your use of the website and we can analyse data in order to improve our content, marketing and the services we offer to you. We also use this data to better understand how the investments we make return value to us, for example online advertising or partnerships with other organisations.
